Empire The Legend is a Ghatkopar East residential project promoted through Empire Maitri Flora Constructions LLP. This is an important distinction because “Empire The Legend” is the project/marketing identity, while the RERA record identifies the legal promoter entity. The project is registered under MahaRERA P51800051126 and is a relatively boutique development compared with large projects such as Aaradhya One Park or The Views. RERA records show the promoter as a partnership/LLP structure, with the project located in Ghatkopar village, Mumbai Suburban district.
The project offers 2 and 3 BHK homes and comprises approximately 64 units. The development is positioned toward buyers wanting a relatively limited-inventory residential project in Ghatkopar East. Because the legal promoter is project-specific, I would recommend using the RERA entity rather than making broad claims about an “Empire Group” track record unless you have additional verified documentation.
